The website www.shop-noris.com (“the site”) is operated by Noris Medical Ltd. (“the company”) and also serves as a sales site for the purchase of dental implants and prosthetics (“the product”).
– The use of masculine language in these regulations is for convenience only, and the regulations refer equally to both genders.
– Purchasing through the site is subject to the terms detailed in these regulations.
– The act of purchasing the product on the site constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read the regulations, understood them and agreed to them. The regulations constitute a binding contract between you and the company.
Purchasing
– The site allows customers to conveniently, easily, and securely purchase the product via the internet.
– The product can be purchased on the site at any time until stock runs out.
– Purchases on the site are made by credit card only, and the transaction will be executed after approval by the credit card company.
– The product price on the site does not include VAT.
– The company reserves the right to stop marketing and selling the product at any time and also to revoke the right to purchase on the sales site at its discretion.

Cancellation
The transaction will be valid only after receiving an email from the company confirming the cancellation request. If the cancellation is approved, the product must be returned to the company with all associated return costs being the customer’s responsibility. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the original invoice and within 14 days from the purchase date.
– In the case of transaction cancellation, the company will refund the customer the amount paid minus shipping costs.
– If the transaction is canceled after the customer has already received the product, the customer will bear the cost of returning the product to the company, in addition to cancellation fees.
The above cancellation policy applies only to products purchased through the website. The company will not handle returns of products purchased through other means.
Delivery and Shipping of the Product
– The company will ensure the delivery of the product to the customer to the address entered during the purchase on the sales website, within 5 to 35 business days.
– The company will not be responsible for any delay and/or failure in delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control.
– The product shipment will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, and the customer cannot pick up the product from the company’s offices independently.
The product price may include / may not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Warranty and Service
– The warranty for the product covers substantial defects in the product’s body and/or operation that were caused by the company.
– The product warranty is provided for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
– The warranty is valid only for a customer who holds the original proof of purchase and only if the purchase was made through the www.shop-noris.com sales website. The company reserves the right to require the customer to prove that they are the original purchaser of the product.
– The exclusive remedy for any defective product covered under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The total liability of the company for any defective product shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective product in any case.
– The company’s warranty will not apply in cases where the defect in the product was caused by the use of the product contrary to the user instructions detailed, among other things, in the company’s catalogs.
The company will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or misuse of the product, including any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damage – to the extent permitted by law. The customer assumes responsibility and all risks and liabilities for loss, damage, and injury to their person and/or property and/or to the property and/or persons of third parties, resulting from the use and/or non-use of the product, except in cases where it was determined that the said damage was caused due to the company’s sole negligence.

– The company takes customary precautionary measures to maintain the confidentiality of the information as much as possible. In cases that are not under the company’s control and/or are due to force majeure, the company will not be liable for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, that may be caused to the customer if this information is lost and/or used without authorization.
